If there’s a person on earth who could catch lightning in a bottle, I’m betting on Pam Scott. And, who better to figure out what to do with that lightning than Diane Tompkins. No words, just love and awe at the perfection that is Pam and Di.
We cut our teeth working for clients like Nike, American Express, MINI, HP, Lexus, Levis, Unilever - learning how to help a brand punch above its weight, attract a devoted following and turn insights into innovation. Since 2010, our sole focus has been putting our brand-building skills in service of purpose-driven companies and nonprofits.
When needed, we draw on an extensive network of world-class, values-aligned creative thinkers and researchers. Wonderful people who are rich in experience, having held leadership positions at Apple, Gates, IDEO, Method, Stanford, Gap and other prominent organizations.
It’s powerful to witness women leading with both love and strength, uplifting each other and those they work with. Working with Pam and Di has helped me find my own voice and power while understanding how I can authentically show up with the leaders and teams I collaborate with.

A designer-turned-strategist, Pam loves to surface insights that inspire innovation. She is passionate about working with leaders disrupting industries and systems to be more sustainable, equitable, healthy and just. She has been a Creative Advisor to or Board Member for Cadence OTC, IDEO.org, Method Home, OLLY and PSI. Since 2000, she’s also been an angel investor. Pam lives, works and rows in Marin County with husband Tim and pride of rescue cats.
What makes Pam truly unique is her innate ability to channel her ideas in ways that get others thinking, acting, doing with amazing creative power. Her work in Tanzania transformed PSI’s thinking. My organization saves lives and Pam is helping us do it a lot better.
diane tompkins
Di brings a passion for truth-seeking and truth-telling to everything she does. As a strategist, she excels at distilling complexity and creating focus that ignites action. As a leadership coach, she emboldens her clients to step into their power and navigate complexity with purpose. Di is inspired to support leaders and organizations shaping a future none of us have seen. She lives in Northern California with her husband, kids and three generations of family where she stewards a colony of bees, her favorite teachers.
