Kenyan born, Rhoda has spent over a decade surfacing strategic insights and using them to design scalable programs in the private and public sectors.
Rhoda’s focus is on assessing culturally constructed practices, specifically in East Africa. She is passionate about drawing on insights which enhance intervention programs designed to holistically address issues as entrenched as gender based violence. With over ten years of experience building strategic partnerships for global brands and public sector organizations, her work as a social anthropologist generates a human-centered perspective to audience needs and behavior. By leveraging her insights, organizations are better able to encourage positive social change and, in some cases, increase business value. Rhoda believes in deeply engaging her target audiences and stakeholders as part of the process. This crucial point of difference contributes to long-lasting behavior change at a community and national level.
